The invitation

Something ended. And something in you is ready.

A marriage, a season, a version of your life. When a chapter closes, most women are told to simply move on. But you cannot reinvent what you have not understood, and you cannot carry forward what you have not released.

This is a space to do both, and to build what comes next on purpose. Two guides, three hours, and a method for coming home to yourself.

Three hours, three movements

Reveal. Release. Redesign.

One afternoon, moving through all three, with teaching and live coaching in each and a short breath between.

Hour One

Reveal

Understand what happened.

We look honestly at the chapter that ended, the grief underneath it, and the pattern that was running the whole time. You cannot change what you cannot see.

Led by Carolina Rodriguez
Hour Two

Release

Let your body move it.

Grief and change live in the body, not only the mind. Through gentle somatic practice, we release what has been held, so you do not carry the weight of the old chapter forward.

Led by Elis Avellan
Hour Three

Redesign

Reinvent who you are becoming.

With the pattern seen and the weight released, we build. The tools to author your next chapter deliberately, from everything you now know.

The Redesign method

Before we begin, you will complete a short private questionnaire, so the day meets you exactly where you are.

Questions

Good to know

What happens on the day?

Three hours in one sitting, moving through Reveal, Release, and Redesign, each with teaching and live coaching time and a short break between. We walk you through the full flow at the start.

Do I have to have been divorced?

No. This is for any woman at the end of one chapter and the start of another: a marriage, a season, a self you are ready to leave behind.

What if I can't attend live?

The full session is recorded, and you will have access to the replay for the whole quarter.

Is this therapy?

No. This is a guided, educational experience for reflection, release, and reinvention. It is not therapy or clinical treatment, and it is wonderful alongside any support you already have.
