The Amar Method

The Method & The Science

The Amar Method is a behavioral framework built on one insight: the patterns that limit you are the same patterns that, made conscious and directed, become your greatest strength.

What It Is

The pattern running the show.

Every person carries a Survival Imprint. A strategy the nervous system built early in life to stay safe, to belong, to be loved. It was intelligent then. It kept you here. But left unconscious, it keeps running, quietly shaping how you lead, how you decide, how you love, and what you repeat.

The Amar Method identifies which imprint you carry, maps where it costs you and where it holds real power, and gives you a complete redesign. Not to fix you. You are not broken. To return you to authorship of your own life.

How I Work With Clients

Built for your nervous system, not a template.

The work begins by identifying the one thing running the show: your unique nervous system survival imprint. The pattern your body built to survive, the one that has shaped your life long before you had language for it.

Once we can see it clearly, we co-create, through my guidance and the Method, the exact structure your individual nervous system needs. Not a generic protocol. A design spoken in the language your specific nervous system will finally hear.

That is how a person makes a significant shift.

Past & Current Clients
The Science

The framework beneath the work.

The Survival Imprint model is an independent framework, informed by the bodies of work below across two questions: how the pattern forms, and why the same pattern carries power.

Bowlby & Ainsworth
Attachment Theory
Early caregiving becomes the unconscious template for how we relate to others, and to ourselves, for the rest of our lives.
Stephen Porges
Polyvagal Theory
The nervous system runs a hierarchy of safety responses. These patterns do not just live in the mind. They live in the body.
Daniel Siegel
Interpersonal Neurobiology
The brain is shaped by experience, and it stays capable of reshaping, at any age, through intentional practice. This is neuroplasticity.
Pete Walker
Complex Trauma & the Fawn Response
Beyond fight, flight, and freeze lies fawn: becoming useful and self-effacing to stay safe. A formative source for several imprints.
Tedeschi & Calhoun
Post-Traumatic Growth
People who confront hardship often report real, lasting growth because of it, not in spite of it. The basis for the sovereign reframe.
Rachel Yehuda
Epigenetics & Resilience
The same inheritance that carries the markers of ancestral stress also carries the adaptive strength forged by those who survived it.
Barbara Fredrickson
Broaden-and-Build
Moving from contraction to expansion measurably widens cognitive flexibility, relational capacity, and long-term resilience.
Gross & Beck
Cognitive Reappraisal
Changing the meaning you assign to a state changes the state itself, at the level of the brain. The engine of the redesign.
Piaget, Vygotsky & Panksepp
Development & Affective Neuroscience
Early experience becomes the lens for safety, love, and belonging, wiring emotional patterns in before we had words for them.
The Founder
Electra Stone

I didn’t begin with the tools I share today. What I understand now was shaped over time, through mentorship, lived experience, and the people who saw possibility in me before I could see it in myself.

I was born into profound love. My family gave me the core understanding of the connection all humans share. My early years also held complex circumstances: abuse, instability, limited resources, and a rigid religious framework that shaped how I saw the world.

Through years of self-inquiry, I began to see something else. The mind is not fixed. The body holds patterns that can be understood and worked with. What goes unprocessed will quietly run us, until we bring it into awareness. That realization changed the direction of my life.

Where you are is not who you are.

It is a location, and a location can be left. Evolution is not optional; you are always becoming. The only question is whether you know the direction you are moving in. When you can see where you stand, you can choose where you go. Awareness is what turns evolution from something that happens to you into something you author.

This work is an invitation back to that space.
