What Reclaim is, and is not
Reclaim is a guided, educational coaching experience. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, medical or mental-health treatment, or a substitute for any of them. The facilitators are coaches and guides, not licensed therapists or medical professionals, and nothing in the program is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health concern, you are encouraged to work with a qualified professional, and Reclaim is best undertaken alongside, not instead of, that support.
Emotional intensity and voluntary participation
Reclaim explores endings, grief, patterns, and difficult memories, and it may bring up strong emotions. You take part voluntarily and of your own choosing, and you accept responsibility for your own emotional and physical wellbeing throughout. You may pause, step away, or decline any practice at any time. If you are in crisis or believe you may be, this program is not the appropriate resource; please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Your private reflection
The Reveal reflection and questionnaire are for you alone. You do not submit them to anyone, and the facilitators do not read them. Keeping your own writing private is your responsibility.
No guarantees
Every person's process is their own. We make no promise or guarantee of any specific result, outcome, or transformation. What you take from the experience depends on many factors that are outside our control.
Assumption of risk and release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you participate at your own risk and you release, waive, and agree to hold harmless Amar Wellness LLC, The Âmar Method, Electra Stone, and the facilitators (including Carolina Rodriguez and Elis Avellan) from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising out of or related to your participation in Reclaim, including any emotional, psychological, or physical response to the material.
Confidentiality and recording
To protect everyone in the room, what is shared by other participants is to be kept confidential. The live session may be recorded for replay access; by attending, you consent to being recorded, and you may keep your camera and microphone off if you prefer not to appear.
Payment
Because this is a live, scheduled experience with limited capacity, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. [Confirm the refund policy you want here.]
Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, and language are the intellectual property and trademark of Amar Wellness LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.
This agreement is provided for general use and is not legal advice.
