Reveal, Release, and Realize are live weekends. December is Reintegrate, your supported integration month. Carried by the cohort and your accountability pair.
Now you gather with your cohort, in real time, to declare what you made happen. Across the season you took decisive action on one real goal, the launch, the build, the change you had circled for years, and you moved it a real distance. Declaration Day is where you stand and name what you did, out loud, in community. You do not just talk about the change. You take it.

Three Measurement Moments
Immersion is a coaching and educational program. It is not therapy, clinical treatment, or a diagnostic process. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for professional clinical care. What it produces is self-knowledge at depth, behavioral language, and a personal framework grounded in developmental and nervous system science. Individual results depend on engagement, consistency, and readiness to work honestly with what the process reveals.
