Cancellation and Attendance Policy

We value your commitment to our program and want to ensure a productive and supportive experience for all members. Please carefully review our cancellation and attendance policy:

Attendance Policy:

Members are encouraged to attend all cohort meetings. If a member is unable to attend any cohort meeting, you're responsible for catching up for that week's class by reviewing the provided online platform materials. Missed cohort sessions cannot be refunded nor replaced.

Refund Policy:
Once enrolled, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Exceptions may be made in the event of an "act of God / global crisis".

Program Transfer:
If you are unable to continue the program, you have the option to transfer your enrollment to another individual of your choice. The transferee must go through our application process to ensure a good fit with the program.

By enrolling in our program, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to supporting your growth and transformation.

Member Termination Policy

Purpose: This policy outlines the procedures and considerations for the early termination of membership in The Amar Quantum cohort due to inappropriate behavior or lack of payment. It aims to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment for all members.

Grounds for Termination: Members may be terminated from The Amar Quantum Coaching Program for the following reasons:

Inappropriate Behavior:

  • Harassment of any kind (sexual, racial, verbal, written, etc.).
  • Bullying or intimidation of other members or coaches.
  • Soliciting other members for funding, investments, or business opportunities without explicit invitation.
  • Sharing confidential data or information from the cohort with outside sources.
  • Any other behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the cohort environment.

Lack of Payment:

  • Failure to make scheduled payments as per the agreed-upon payment plan.

Termination Procedure:

1. Initial Warning:

  • For minor infractions, a written warning will be issued to the member detailing the inappropriate behavior and the required corrective actions.
  • The member will have an opportunity to respond and rectify their behavior within a specified timeframe.

2. Formal Review:

  • If the behavior continues or if the initial infraction is severe, a formal review will be conducted by the cohort leaders.
  • The member will be given an opportunity to present their side of the story during this review.

3. Decision and Notification:

  • Based on the findings of the formal review, a decision will be made regarding the member’s continued participation in the cohort.
  • The member will be notified in writing of the decision, including the reasons for termination and the effective date.

4. Immediate Termination:

  • In cases of severe misconduct (e.g., harassment, bullying, data sharing), immediate termination may be warranted without a prior warning.
  • The member will be notified in writing of the immediate termination and the reasons for this decision.

5. Lack of Payment:

  • Members who fail to make scheduled payments will receive a written reminder with a specified deadline for payment.
  • If payment is not received by the deadline, the member will be notified of their termination from the cohort and removed from all cohort communication platforms.

Post-Termination Considerations:

Access Revocation:

  • Upon termination, the member’s access to all cohort resources, including the WhatsApp community platform, will be revoked immediately.

Refund Policy:

  • Any potential refunds for paid fees will be handled as per the cohort’s refund policy. Typically, no refunds will be issued for terminated members.

Non-Disparagement:

  • Terminated members are expected to adhere to our non-disparagement agreement, refraining from making negative or harmful statements about The Amar Quantum or its members.

Appeal Process:

  • Terminated members may appeal the decision by submitting a written request for reconsideration within 24 hours of the termination notice. The cohort leaders will review the appeal and provide a final decision.

Company Responsibilities:

Fairness and Transparency:

  • The company will ensure that the termination process is conducted fairly and transparently.

Documentation:

  • All incidents, warnings, reviews, and communications related to the termination process will be thoroughly documented.

Support:

  • The company will offer support to remaining members to address any concerns or disruptions caused by the termination.

Final Note: The Amar Quantum is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional environment. These guidelines and procedures are in place to protect all members and ensure the integrity of the cohort.
