At AMAR, we believe in nurturing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your being. We offer a range of tools and techniques, including exposure to nature, organic nutrition, bodywork, deep relaxation, and ecstatic group activations, to help you achieve holistic healing and welcome a new version of yourself.

It's important to note that achieving mindset freedom is a journey and not a destination. It's a continuous process of self-discovery, growth, and learning. It's also important to keep in mind that it's a personal and subjective experience, and what works for one person may not work for another.

The retreat and / or coaching will give you access to a depth of practical knowledge that you can continue to deepen and explore in your personal world. We will provide you with the tools and guidance you need to develop and share what you have learned.

This yearning for continued connection beyond the retreat / coaching was the great spark that ignited the concept of the AMAR GUIDANCE MEMBERSHIP.  An online membership community where you can continue your journey with us amongst a community of like-minded people.

EVENT (VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON) CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for canceling our events. You can transfer your ticket to someone else. 

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation.

The cancellation policy below is designed to protect both retreat leaders and all retreat attendees (prospective and current).

CANCELLATION | Initiated by Participant

Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for canceling your attendance, arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy will apply, with no exceptions.

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances, but we have incurred expenses that once paid we cannot refund. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance if you have concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All  sales are final. Your ticket can be moved to any future scheduled event or a rescheduled RETREAT should the event need to be canceled by the company due to any "acts of god".

CANCELLATION | Initiated by US

While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, It is possible for a retreat to get canceled if it is not booked 50% capacity - as our practitioners, catering and lodging costs must be met by a certain number of guests. If the AMAR team must cancel a booked retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement (Not including the $800 non-refundable deposit)

AMAR WELLNESS LLC is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. Again, if you have any concerns please purchase travel insurance.
