"The pattern didn't form by accident. It formed because it worked — once. Immersion is the process of choosing, consciously and with full evidence, what works now."

Immersion is a 12-week live cohort built on The Amar Method™ — a behavioral framework developed by Electra Stone over 15 years of practice, study, and personal excavation. It begins with your Origin Imprint™: the specific survival strategy your nervous system chose in your earliest years. It ends with your Manifesto: a living document of who you are, where you came from, and who you are choosing to become.

Immersion · What You Receive

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

01
🧬
Deep Origin Assessment
A comprehensive pre-cohort assessment that maps your Origin Imprint™, shadow imprint, nervous system patterns, relational architecture, belief systems, and somatic signatures. This is not a quiz. It is a structured self-excavation that takes most participants 60–90 minutes to complete honestly.
02
📜
Your Amar Method Manifesto
A fully personalized document — built at the start of the cohort and refined through 12 weeks of reflection, session work, and journal submissions. It maps your Origin Imprint, shadow imprint, numerology path, sabotage patterns, support systems, and a lifetime practice protocol. It is yours to keep and return to for years.
03
🎙️
12 Weekly Live Sessions
90-minute weekly group sessions led by Electra Stone, with select guest speakers from the fields of behavioral science, somatic practice, and conscious leadership. Each session builds on the last — from identification through release through redesign. Sessions are recorded for cohort members.
04
📓
Weekly Journal & Reflection System
Each week includes a structured journal prompt tied to the session theme. Your responses are reviewed and woven into the evolution of your Manifesto — so the document that closes the cohort is not who you were at week one. It is who you've become through the work.
05
🌀
Full-Day Immersion · Austin, TX
The cohort closes with a single full-day in-person immersion in Austin, Texas. This is where the intellectual work becomes embodied. Somatic practices, deep group work, your Manifesto presentation, and an afternoon of integration. Healthy snacks and drinks are provided. Lodging and travel are not included.
06
🔗
Founding Cohort Access
As a member of the first Immersion cohort, you are a founding participant in a research project mapping Origin Imprints to behavioral, relational, and somatic patterns. Your experience shapes the method's evolution — with full anonymity and your explicit consent. This is not a pilot. It is a beginning.

The Deliverable

Your Amar Method
Manifesto

Not a report. Not a personality type. A living document built with you, week by week, over 12 weeks.

What it contains:
  • Your Origin Imprint™ — the specific adaptive pattern your nervous system chose first, fully named and mapped
  • Your Shadow Imprint — the secondary pattern running beneath the primary, and how the two interact
  • Your Numerology Path — the symbolic framework of your Life Path number and how it intersects with your Origin Imprint
  • Your Sabotage Architecture — the specific stories, triggers, and behavioral loops that keep the pattern running
  • Your Support System Map — the relationships, environments, and conditions that resource you
  • Your Sovereign Expression — the transformed version of your pattern: what it becomes when it is recognized and redirected
  • Your Lifetime Practice Protocol — specific daily and weekly practices for ongoing reconnection to self
  • 12 weeks of reflections and evolution — woven into the document as evidence of who you became

The Manifesto is drafted from your assessment data before Week 1 and refined through every session and journal submission. At the closing immersion on December 9th, you present the final version to the group. Your completed digital Manifesto is delivered to you after the immersion — yours to keep, return to, and revise as you grow.

The Journey

12 Weeks.
Four Movements.

Weeks 1–3
REVEAL
You see it clearly for the first time.
The cohort opens with the deep assessment and the delivery of your Manifesto draft. Weeks 1–3 are dedicated to seeing the Origin Imprint in full — in your relationships, your work, your body, and your inner dialogue. Guest speaker: a somatic practitioner who works at the intersection of nervous system science and behavioral change. By the end of Phase 1, you know exactly what you're working with.
Weeks 4–7
RELEASE
You understand where it came from — and why it made sense then.
The deepest work of the cohort. Weeks 4–7 move into the origin story: the childhood environment, the adaptive decisions, the body's memory of those decisions. This is where the nervous system begins to loosen its grip — not through force, but through understanding. Journal work is most intensive here. Guest speaker: a trauma-informed behavioral researcher. By the end of Phase 2, you have compassion for the pattern instead of conflict with it.
Weeks 8–11
REDESIGN
You choose, consciously, what happens next.
Immersion phase is where new architecture is built. The sabotage patterns have been named. The support systems have been mapped. Now comes the practice of choosing differently — in real time, in real relationships, in real work. Weeks 8–11 are practical, action-oriented, and grounded in the sovereign expression of your imprint. By the end of Phase 3, your Manifesto has been updated to reflect who you've become.
Week 12 + Immersion
REINTEGRATE
You bring it all the way back — and you bring it into the body.
The final week closes the loop: a full review of the 12-week arc, the completed Manifesto, and preparation for the in-person day. The closing immersion on December 9th in Austin is a full day of somatic practice, group integration work, and the Manifesto presentation. Your digital Manifesto is delivered after the immersion. You leave with a document, a community, and a lived experience of what it feels like to operate from your sovereign expression rather than your survival pattern.

Is This For You?

The right people
change everything.

This is for you if —
  • You've done enough self-work to know your patterns, but the patterns keep running anyway
  • You're high-functioning on the outside and exhausted underneath
  • You sense that something formed early is running your adult life — and you want to understand it precisely
  • You're ready to do work that is rigorous, honest, and occasionally uncomfortable
  • You're willing to commit: 90 minutes per week for 12 weeks, plus journaling, plus one in-person day in Austin
  • You want a deliverable — not just insight, but a document that captures and guides your evolution
This is not for you if —
  • You're in acute mental health crisis and need clinical care — this program is not therapy
  • You want someone to fix you or tell you what to do
  • You're not willing to show up consistently for the full 12 weeks
  • You're looking for a quick mindset reframe or motivational experience
  • You're not able to travel to Austin for the closing immersion

Your Guide

Electra Stone
Founder  |  Master Catalyst  |  Behavioral Researcher

I've spent years working privately with founders, leaders, and individuals navigating some of the most defining moments of their lives — across venture capital, AI, energy, fintech, and beyond. What I've found, every time, is that the work is never really about the industry. It's always about the person inside it.

What I do blends behavioral science, cognitive anthropology, and radical self-responsibility into something that goes beneath strategy and performance — into the original patterns shaping how you lead, love, create, and live. Most of my clients don't talk about the work publicly. The results show up in the lives they quietly go on to build.

I teach from lived experience. I've rebuilt my own life more than once — career, identity, relationships, purpose. I know what it feels like to have everything on paper and feel lost underneath it. I also know what it feels like to come fully home to yourself: with real partnership, deep community, meaningful work, and a joy that doesn't need to be performed. That life is possible. I'm living it. And I believe it's available to you.

Immersion is the first time I'm bringing this work into a shared space. If you're ready — I'd be honored to walk through it with you.

Questions

Before You Apply

Do I need to take the Origin Imprint™ assessment before applying?
No. The deep cohort assessment is part of the program and is completed before Week 1. If you've already taken the free assessment on our site, it will give Electra useful context during the application review — but it's not required.
Is the cohort conducted live or pre-recorded?
All 12 weekly sessions are live. Sessions are recorded and made available to cohort members only — but the live experience is where the real work happens. Consistent attendance is expected.
Is the in-person immersion day mandatory?
Yes. The immersion day is the culmination of the entire 12-week arc. It is where the Manifesto becomes embodied and where the cohort experience completes. If you cannot travel to Austin, this cohort is not the right fit at this time.
Is this therapy or clinical treatment?
No. The Amar Method™ and Immersion cohort are designed for self-exploration, personal development, and behavioral change. This is not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, or substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in active crisis, please seek appropriate clinical support first.
What is the application process?
You submit an application and Electra, along with her team, personally reviews every submission. If your application moves forward, you will be reached out to directly to schedule a brief conversation before a place is confirmed. Not every applicant will be accepted — the cohort is small by design, and the fit between participant and program matters.
What days and times are the weekly sessions?
Session schedule will be confirmed with the cohort before enrollment closes to ensure the timing works for all participants. Sessions will be scheduled for a consistent day and time each week for the full 12-week duration.
